Earlier in the week I decided to make a quiche. The spinach, green onions and parsley are from our garden. I must say that Peter Rabbit had very good taste! I added red pepper and swiss cheese to the quiche and it was so yummy I'm going to make another one this week.
The quiche looks delicious and your veggies look yummy! You're right, Peter Rabbit did have good taste. :)
