Waking and Walking

They say it takes 21 days to start a new habit and I'd like to test that theory out. It has been my wish to get up at 6:30am and take a 20 minute walk. Right after I had Benjamin I did this and lost 30 lbs. in 3 months! I started this morning and I'm going to continue with the help of several accountability buddies and the threat of having to post here every day on whether I actually kept my promise. :0) I could definitely feel my back leg muscles today. They seemed to be saying, "We thought you were never going to use us again." LOL

  1. How is the walking coming along ?
    Its a good habit to get into. You can see so much around you when you walk, its also a good time to pray .

    The walking is coming along great. Grace and Emily found out I was walking at 6:30am and were sad that they coudn't come so I get up at 6:30am but wait to walk until 8:30am after they have had breakfast so we can all go.

  4. Kelli! I had no idea you did this way back when! I was just looking at some of your old posts, and started laughing out loud when I saw this. :-) We are so more alike than I ever knew. You should have told me when I first started my 21 days - haha. I really got a kick out of this! Hope your doing well. :-)
