Thank You!
Thank you for telling me about your favorite flowers on my Columbine post! I'm glad to hear it is warming up where you are, and I'm expecting you to share photos of the flowers growing around your place too. ;0)
I really appreciate the time you take out of your day to come visit me and the sweet notes you leave for me too. I wish I could invite you over for a cup of tea as a "thank you" but for now this will have to do...

This weekend we are going to take a meal over to some friends who just had a baby. It has been raining for the past few hours and I've had to empty over 10 gallons from my water garden! The new Martha Stewart magazine is out and I'm hoping to find some fun Easter ideas. Can you believe Easter is just over a week away? I haven't done a thing to get ready for it! I'll be sure to share any ideas I read about.
Have a wonderful weekend and I'll talk to you soon!

Kelli, how sweet of you to dedicate that pansy photo to me!!! Thanks a lot! All the other photos are great, too!
ReplyDeleteYou did not yet start your Easter decorations??? Oh, so you will be quite busy next week, won't you!
I have a little Easter inspiration for you and the kids I'll try to send it over by email!
Have a great week-end with the little baby of your friends!
We are just having breakfast now, it's going to be a great warm and sunny week-end - with lots of gardening!

What lovely flower pictures! I am starving for blooms here, as we struggle with the end of winter, and soggy masses of grey snow still lying around. The snow in our garden is melting bit by bit, and I found some snowdrops blooming under a tree a couple of days ago. I love the feeling of hope that spring is on the way. The daffodil bulbs and crocuses and tulips that I planted over the past two years are all poking up, about two inches high right now, but they are another hopeful sign.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful flowers. Blogging certainly creates some wonderful friendships.
ReplyDeleteSorry I haven't checked in in a while - had no internet for 3 weeks!
What a very sweet post, and taking the time out to find everyone's flowers is just incredible sweet.
ReplyDeleteI would also invite you over for tea, even if I don't drink it. I don't even drink coffee:))
Have a wonderful weekend,
Trella
I am touched by the time you took to say thank you! It's amazing that the actual picture you used to say thank you is my exact favorite lily. They were in our wedding too! Have a great weekend. It's rainy here too. The only flowers I have right now are daffodils. My lilies are popping up their heads though.
ReplyDeleteYour moving appreciation together with delightful pictures of blooms is a ray of sunshine - which is blessed here in Scotland.
ReplyDeleteThank you so very much - always enjoy your postings.
Blessings to you all this weekend.
Oh, Kelli! Thank you so much! You just gave me a smile and brightened my morning! You are so special and thoughtful!!!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Amy
Thank you so much for the virtual flower. You're so thoughtful.
ReplyDeleteVisiting your blog is always a highlight of my day!
ReplyDeleteEaster has sort of caught me off guard, too. I'll be doing what I can this week to decorate my home a bit. You post pictures, and I will, too! Deal?
Oh, such a lovely garden of blossoms to make everyone happy. Thanks.
ReplyDeleteOh Kelli, how sweet you are! Those flowers are gorgeous. You are one of my ALL-TIME FAVORITES to visit! You always have such a sweet word for everyone.
ReplyDeleteBlessings on you and your family this Sabbath!
Karen
Kelli, that's about one of the sweetest things someone's done on a blog~ you are so very kind and thoughtful. Thank you for brightening my day with my favorite flower, the daffodil!
ReplyDeleteLots of lovely flower photos, I'm like you, I love columbines and have a lot in my garden including a lovely old variety called 'Nora Barlow'. Mine are mostly ones that have seeded themselves over the years though and I let them grow where they set themselves. They have such pretty foliage too.
ReplyDeleteSounds like a deal to me, Copper's wife!
ReplyDeleteKelli
Mrs. Winn,
ReplyDeleteThe flowers are so pretty! I like daffodils the best. I read your post about your dollhouse, and I loved it! It is so cute and old-fashioned looking. I did a post about my dollhouse too!
You have a very nice blog. I enjoyed reading about your Prairie Weekend. My mom (Tracy) and I laughed so hard!
~Autumn
All those flowers were beautiful!
ReplyDeleteA trip to the local dollar tree would do you some good for Easter goodies. I had to laugh when my new neighbor and I went out to "decorate" our gardens. We both had purchased bunny signs and Easter egg picks from the dollar store. :) They had too many cute goodies, so we had to just walk away...
Love your post!!! Thanks so much for the gorgeous photos - I love the black eyed Susans!!! You are such a sweetie and have such a great blog. :)
