Pumpkin Centerpiece

Pumpkin
I mentioned that we got our first pumpkin last week.

Pumpkin
I set it on a doily and the cake plate Linda gave me a few weeks ago.

Table
And set it between two candles for a quick and easy centerpiece!

Candle
Candle light makes things more cozy this time of year.

Thank you for taking a look!

  7. Kelli,

I just love decorating with pumpkins and gourds. I usually get a few big pumpkins and put them on the fireplace hearth. I never carve them on Halloween. :)

I'm sorry to say that I accidentally put your last comment as spam and it went far away to the netherworld. I tried to retrieve it but could not figure out how. I am hoping it was just one comment and that you aren't "spam" forever. Oh gosh.

  9. I love how it all looks! I'm just not ready to begin turning things into fall...at least not until the 22nd :)

I need to have leaves falling, wind blowing, and early darkness to make me start thinking of fall.

  17. Hi Kelli,
Love the look! I'm slowly getting there. Last night I tried to "force" fall with a big pot of soup and grilled cheese, but alas, the temperature was still over 80 when I looked! I'm off to make some cards:)

  27. This was beautiful! While our mornings are cold the afternoons are still in the 80's so I almost feel as if I'm rushing Fall. I have found myself many times while looking through my meager Fall decor "What would Kelli do?" You inspire me!

  31. I am ready for fall but I don't think Texas is as far as the weather is concerned. :-)
Have you been the Hobby Lobby or Cracker Barrel lately? They have all their fall and Christmas stuff out. It's like Heaven on earth when I walk into places like that. I can't get dragged out of there until I look at everything...lol.

When you are done with your pumpkins do you make pumpkin pie or bake the seeds or what do you do with it?

Hope you are having a good week!

    Hugs,
    Dawn
