Handmade Cards ~ Paper Crafting Wednesday!
Welcome to this week's handmade card project!
Cut a 10" x 6 1/2" piece of cardstock. Fold in towards the center at the 2 1/2" mark on both sides. A bone folder comes in handy with this step.
I stamped the flaps with a script stamp and shaded the edges with a foam ink pad, but you can also leave them blank.
Cut two 6" x 2" strips of scrapbook paper.
Glue to front of card, as shown.
Tie closed with a 24" ribbon bow. Send to a friend!
A pink version.

A few more things I've made recently...
Coffee stained tags. They smell good! :0)
A gardening journal, just in time for spring!
Items can be found in my Etsy Shop! Thank you for stopping by for a visit!
Paper Craft Fun: Post any kind of paper craft (card, bookmark, tag, banner, journal, etc.) on your blog between now and next week and come sign Mr. Linky. Next Wednesday, I will draw two of the names and the winners will receive supplies for a homemade card: blank notecard, envelope, and an assortment of scrapbook paper, stickers (or stamped images), and ribbon. Link back here in your post, so that others will know where to join in the fun, too!
Links are now closed. Please join us next week!

ReplyDeleteYour cards are really cute. I love them.
ReplyDeleteGreat cards, great tags. When you coffee stain the tags do you do it after you stamp or before? Do you leave the tags in very long? Does tea work? Did I ask you enough questions? Mimi
ReplyDeleteHello, Kelli. I hope you join you next week for papercrafting, although I am still having problems viewing the linkies. I have no idea why and am in contact with them. Thank you for sharing the lovely cards with us!
ReplyDeleteThey all look wonderful, Kelli. You have a real sense for combining the elements to make beautiful, elegant creations. I'm still struggling with cards!

ReplyDeleteThose cards are stunning. I would love to make cards like this for friends and family, in fact you may have inspired me to give it a go.
