Welcome to “Show and Tell Friday!” Do you have something special to share with us? It could be a trinket from grade school, a piece of jewelry, or a treasured collection. Look around your home for something to share; dig through those boxes in your closet if you have to! Share photos and the story that goes with your special item.
Happy Friday! Today, I am sharing two new treasures that are on my kitchen hutch.
Two beautiful canisters from one of my favorite artists, Marjolein Bastin.
They were originally priced at $15.95 each, but I got both of them for $4.00 at the local thrift store.
I have several other special blue things nearby...
Another one of her pieces that was a gift many years ago.
Toile napkins.
Tea luncheon sets.
Along with tiny blue eggs.
Thank you for taking a look at my new canisters and favorite blue things. Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteI have the entire canister set from Marjolein Bastin and need to replace the lids only on the two larger ones. I found a small canister on eBay but would love to find the lids I need. My mom, would died in 2010, loved MB and would always buy her cards for me. I have a box with a Nativity set that I bought her from Mexico..the lady that's selling the canister has the same box in the picture. I love your decor.. my house is Country French in yellow and blue.
