Wednesday Chit~Chat

Garden
Good morning! How is your summer starting out? Ours has been fun and busy. I signed the girls and Benjamin up for swimming lessons, got my hair cut, and went to see the new movie, UP, which was wonderful! This coming weekend Phillip's cousin is graduating and they are having a party that we've been invited to.

Peonies
Do you remember the pink peony buds I shared last week? I ended up getting a pink, peach and white bloom. So pretty!

Scrapbook paper
We had lots of fun at the scrapbooking convention. I found some beautiful new papers.

Bird clipart
And clipart.

Watermelon and Canteloupe
The girls and I are about to go to a friend's house for lunch and to plan the upcoming Faith Keeper's year. We are taking along some watermelon and canteloupe. I hope your week is going well, too!

  16. Lovely pictures of Summer, Kelli. The Peonies are beautiful. I would love to have some in my garden. Maybe later. It takes a while to establish things when one moves to a place without any flowers.

  17. I'm still holding on to spring even though our weather has been quite summer like! I love June ~ the flowers are so lovely, but I especially love peonies! Yours are no exception!
I, like many of the other commentors, have not heard of a scrapbooking convention. Looks like you had a marvelous time. I adore your papers and clipart and just know you have some delectible thing planned for them. Can't wait to see!
We have been eating as much watermelon and canteloupe as we can around here. They taste so good and refreshing!
    Blessings!

Lovely pictures, Kelli. I was thinking that you and the kiddos were probably enjoying your start to summer and I sounds like I was right. My grandson and I saw the "Star Trek" movie today. I am not into those kind of movies but he is and it really wasn't half bad. I think you once told me that Phillip liked those kind of movies so maybe he will want to go see it.

Thanks for the "Wednesday Chit-Chat". Love, Debbi

The flowers are beautiful....I just finish digging out two brand new gardens...use to be grass there, now only dirt. I'm still shopping around for the perfect plants, bushes, flowers, etc, etc, etc.

    Happy Summer to you.
