On Monday evening we got an ice storm and the schools (basically the whole city!) have been shut down since then. This morning we awoke to several inches of snow.
Kelli~it's so pretty. We recently moved to Houston from AZ and we were supposed to get snow...but we just got ice :( Hope all is well with you. I love the new porch.
It has certainly been a snowy winter in the south this year!! We are expecting more on Monday. Hope it passes us by as I am ready for spring. Have a wonderful bd Kelli.
Wow, that is unusual for you out there, isn't it? We've been pounded by snowstorm after snowstorm this year. I would gladly package up the 5 foot drifts and send some to you, Kelli! ;-)
I'm in Fort Worth and I missed 5 days of work due to the weather! We were closed February 1-4 and then again on the 9th! Crazy!!! It was beautiful, but I did get out some and even though I have 4WD the roads were bad, most were a solid sheet of 3/4" thick ice. Not fun! I'm loving the 70s this week!

So happy that you got some snow down there in Texas. That's a good bit there on your outdoor furniture! Stay warm this weekend. Carla
