Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows

I had planned on making Tracy's Chocolate Dipped Marshmallows for Valentine's Day, but since Emily wasn't feeling well I decided to wait.

Last night the girls and Benjamin had a couple of friends over to watch a movie, so while they were eating popcorn, I quickly made a plateful for a surprise. They are really rich, but so delicious!

  3. They look almost too pretty to eat! Note....I said "almost" ; ). My daughter often has her Bible study group/crochet group/ movie night group over....these would be perfect as I know all the gals love chocolate! I will definitely be making these! Thanks for sharing such great recipes with us!

  7. Here in UK/Ireland we make these the other way round, with the chocolate on the bottom and a dab of chocolate and some sweets (candy) on the top, and call them Top Hats.

No kids party or church function is complete without them!

These look wonderful. Have you tried making homemade marshmallows?

The homemade ones do not even come close to the store bought ones.

  17. These are SO cute Kelli!! I would have to add some chopped salted nuts to cut the sweetness, but I'm sure they're awesome!

    Have a delightful week!
