Here is this week's handmade card project. Remember, you can use any kind of paper, stamps, or stickers.
You will need a 5 1/2" x 4" blank notecard. I shaded the edges of mine with a foam ink pad.
Cover with 5 1/4" x 3 3/4" rectangle of scrapbook paper.
Cut a 5" x 2" strip of matching scrapbook paper. Cut the bottom edge, as shown.
Glue to card.
Cut an approx. 3" circle (the size will depend on your stamp or sticker) and a 3 1/2" x 3/4" strip of cardstock. Trim ends, as shown.
Glue to card. I also added tiny pink gems. Send to a friend!

Your cards are always so nice. Do you have a book of patterns that you follow or do you come up with these ideas on your own? I recently found a website that has weekly card sketches that give you ideas for how to position the elements on your card. Here's the url http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/
Your instructions are also very helpful for me because I can use your pattern as a guide.
