The winners of last week's paper crafting are Brenda and Eileen. Please email me your addresses and I'll get your prizes in the mail!
Welcome to this week's card project!
You will need:
Blank 5 1/2" x 4" card
4" x 3 3/4" rectangle of scrapbook paper
1 1/2" x 3 3/4" rectangle of scrapbook paper
2 1/4" square of cardstock
4" lace or ribbon
Glue scrapbook rectangles to front of card, as shown. The large one will overlap the small one. I have also shaded the card edges with a brown foam ink pad.
Glue length of lace or ribbon to paper seam. I used hot glue.
Add a stamp or sticker to your cardstock square. Glue to front of card.
Send to a friend!
Another variation.
~More Homemade Cards~
A few more things I've made recently...
More bookmarks. These ones slip onto the corner of a page.
I used vintage wrapping paper for these baby cards.
Items can be found in my Etsy Shop! Thank you for stopping by for a visit!
Paper Craft Fun: Post any kind of paper craft (card, bookmark, tag, banner, journal, etc.) on your blog between now and next week and come sign Mr. Linky. Next Thursday, I will draw two of the names and the winners will receive supplies for a homemade card: blank notecard, envelope, and an assortment of scrapbook paper, stickers (or stamped images), and ribbon. Link back here in your post, so that others will know where to join in the fun, too!

What beautiful cards and tags! I absolutely love those corner bookmarks! Is there a pattern for those somewhere? I would love to try and make some. You are so very talented!
HI Kelli! I forgot that you were changing "Paper Crafting" day. Anyway, the cards are lovely as usual. I really like the way you use lace and ribbon with so many of your cards. Makes them all look so feminine and pretty. Thanks for sharing. Love, Debbi
I just love the colours , they look vintage and classy.
Of all the many cards I've seen by various crafters, yours are those that appeal to me most!
How do you "age" the edges of your little stamped squares? I have a collection of old paper with browned edges, but of course if you cut them, you loose the browned edges...
Your cards are so beautiful!! I love the corner book marks! What a neat idea!!
Such beautiful cards and I love the lace and ribbon put with them. Very creative. Hugs, Marty
Each creation is a work of art.

Kelli,
Your paper projects are always so pretty. I love the lady at the desk - is that a stamp?
I also LOVE the corner bookmarks - but I didn't see any of them in your Etsy shop. Are you selling that style?

Hi Kelli~ I love all of these cards~ especially the baby cards made with vintage wrapping paper!
Very clever:)
I have made a couple of cards recently from a card kit where all the pieces are supplied and ideas are given for making the cards. Is that something that can be included here? They are not my original ideas, although I have modified them a little.

Oh my I am so in love with paper and coming across your blog has made my day so special and happy.Thank you for sharing all the wonderful ideas and tips.
a devoted paper loving fan.
Your cards are always beautiful, but the bookmarks are my favorite! I need to get our Dreamer making some of those for her books - she is always stuffing scraps of paper in her place, and I think it would be much nicer to have something pretty there instead!
I really like those bookmarks.
I love the colors of the thank you card. It's gorgeous. I really enjoy seeing all your work!
Hi Kelli,
Beautiful cards! I particularly like the silhouette picture of the lady at the desk. I love how her little dog is peeking up at her;-) I really enjoy your blog and have followed it for some time, though this is my first comment. I am new to the blogging world (in terms of having my own blog). I am also a homeschool mom. Stop by and visit me sometime if you get a moment.

These are so sweet, I especially love anything vintage looking. I made baby shower postcards this week. They were easy and quick which is a good thing when you have to make 30! Hop on over and see how I used a punch to whip these up in a hurry.
The corner bookmarks are the cutest! What a fun idea.
Love the cards... soft pretty colors.
I love your home-based blog. You have been nominated for an award, check it out at my blog. Congradulations!
Those are just wonderful! Your blog always inspires me, Kelli.
You make this look so easy! When I sit down with paper and scizzors it just doesn't happen for me! :(
Thank you for showing how you do these beautiful cards!!!
Have a blessed day!
Come see my 100th post!
Love Lilly
