Today is Grace's 12th birthday! We had a family party for her on Saturday evening and today we went out for lunch and then I took her shopping for clothes, which is what she wanted instead of surprise presents.
She also wanted to make her own cake, which she did using pink and brown fondant. It turned out so cute!
The first 12 years went by so fast, hopefully the next 12 will slow down a bit!

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday to Grace! I know what you mean about the years going by too quickly. My middle child just turned 11 this past Friday and I remember the day he was born like it was yesterday! Children sure are precious gifts so enjoy each day that you have with them. I know I do!
