Happy St. Patrick's Day! We celebrated last night with family and friends.
We had corned beef, colcannon
, cabbage, spinach salad, and Irish soda bread
We also had Irish Cream Brownies
.Wishing you always—Walls for the windAnd a roof for the rainAnd tea beside the fire—Laughter to cheer youAnd those you love near you—And all that your heart might desire!

What a pretty napkin! Kelli, you have such an eye for capturing the simplicity and serene feel of the holidays. Keep them coming! ;-)
Happy St. Pats to you too. The brownie recipe looks so good. My peanut is asking for Irish Creme Flavored cupcakes, which I dont have the recipe for but was thinking about just adding the liqueaur into the cake mix. After looking at your brownie recipe I think I might get brave and give it a try.
Gee, I didn't do anything for St. Pat's day - I wish I had come to your house for dinner! What a lovely spread.
Cheers - Joolz
How sweet! I had a busy day and did nothing "Irish" for my family! That soda bread looked delish! Go Irish!
