Thanksgiving Place Setting ~ Giving Thanks

Thanksgiving menu
Today I am sharing some ideas for Thanksgiving place settings. Phillip's mom gave me this china a few years ago and I love getting it out for family dinners. Menu cards are extra special touches for your table and are very easy to make.

Thanksgiving menu
I printed out my menu on scrapbook paper, and glued it to cream cardstock.

Then finished it off with a bow. Size: 6 1/2" x 3 3/4"

Place card
Matching place cards. Size: 4" x 2" folded in half.

Thank you for taking a look!

I've been thinking about doing menu cards this year, but the people I've assigned food to are unpredictable so it probably won't work. Yours are really pretty.

This is beautiful! We never get quite so elegant at our Thanksgiving Dinners, but this would be perfect for a large party.

You are an expert at beautiful paper crafts!

What lovely china. It's so nice to have china that belonged to another lady in your family. I have my nana's china but I don't think I've ever used it. We always do Thanksgiving at my mom's or MIL's.

This is so pretty. You are very inspiring. I usually just set our meal out in a buffet style. I think this year I will set a beautiful table using some of your ideas. Thankyou so much. Have a blessed day!

Such a beautiful place setting! The dinner menu adds a sense of excitement of what is to come, plus it is a nice memento of a wonderful time together. It will be beautiful in a photo album along with family pictures.

We've been doing place cards ever since I was a little girl, only on the inside are thankful scripture verses that we each take turns reading around the table, right before prayer. Thanks for the lovely ideas!
