Happy St. Patrick's Day! We celebrated last night with family and friends.
We had corned beef,
colcannon, cabbage, spinach salad, and
Irish soda bread.
We also had
Irish Cream Brownies.
Wishing you always—Walls for the windAnd a roof for the rainAnd tea beside the fire—Laughter to cheer youAnd those you love near you—And all that your heart might desire!

Looks delicious, Kelli!
What a pretty napkin! Kelli, you have such an eye for capturing the simplicity and serene feel of the holidays. Keep them coming! ;-)
Happy St. Pats to you too. The brownie recipe looks so good. My peanut is asking for Irish Creme Flavored cupcakes, which I dont have the recipe for but was thinking about just adding the liqueaur into the cake mix. After looking at your brownie recipe I think I might get brave and give it a try.
Gee, I didn't do anything for St. Pat's day - I wish I had come to your house for dinner! What a lovely spread.
Cheers - Joolz
How sweet! I had a busy day and did nothing "Irish" for my family! That soda bread looked delish! Go Irish!
