Quick Chicken Cacciatore

I love quick and easy dinner recipes. I was looking through my recipe binder last week and found this Chicken Cacciatore recipe that I hadn't made in many years. It was as delicious as I remembered it, and I plan on making it again soon!

Come on over to Seasonal Delights for the recipe. If you make it, I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Mmmmm, that looks really delicious, Kelly :) Isn't it nice to make something you haven't had in awhile? Sometimes it seems like we end up eating the same old 'stand by' recipes :)

Hope your week is going well so far!

I love chicken cattiatore! I haven't made it in quite some time. I think I may add to the next menu I make. Thanks for reminding me of it!

This was a dish my mother made once in a while. She served it over spaghetti.
